Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak on Choice and lower on Select on light to
moderate demand and moderate to heavy offerings. Select and Choice chuck and
loin cuts steady to weak. Choice round cuts weak while Select firm. Choice rib
cuts firm while Select steady. Beef trimmings unevenly steady on light demand
and offerings.
