Boxed beef cutout values steady to weak on light to moderate demand and
moderate offerings. Select and Choice rib, round, and loin cuts steady to
weak while chuck cuts steady to firm. Beef trimmings firm to slightly higher
on moderate to good demand and moderate offerings.
