Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light to moderate demand and moderate to
heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, round, and loin cuts steady to
weak. Beef trimmings mostly moderately to sharply higher on moderate to good
demand and moderate to heavy offerings.
